– SACA is proposing updates to its bylaws to improve operational efficiency.
– The required quorum for the Annual General Meeting will be reduced from 25 members to 7
members, making it easier to hold official meetings.
– Quorum for Board meetings will also be lowered, from 50% of Directors to just three Directors,
to streamline decision-making.
– Policy and procedural items will be moved to a separate Manual, allowing for quicker updates
by the Board without formal bylaw amendments.
– Members are encouraged to review the proposed bylaw changes and attend the AGM on May 8,
