Alberta Culture Days
Alberta Culture Days is the province’s month-long celebration of arts, heritage, diversity and community spirit, hosted by community organizations. It is an opportunity for all Albertans to discover, experience and celebrate arts and culture by attending or hosting local events and activities across the province.
City of Calgary
The City of Calgary has supported Scenic Acres Community Association is a myriad of ways such as through the Capital Conservation Grant and Ward Community Event Fund (WCEF).
Community Facility Enhancement Program
The Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP) is a funding initiative in Alberta, Canada. It provides financial assistance to non-profits for acquiring, building, repairing, renovating, or upgrading public-use community facilities. The program aims to foster healthy and vibrant communities by supporting local organizations and enhancing community facilities.
Energizing Spaces Powered by Enmax
Energizing Spaces powered by ENMAX is a 100% reimbursement grant to support community-based organizations to become more energy efficient while reinvesting dollars saved into programs and services that enhance neighbourhood life in Calgary.
Family and Community Support Services
Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) is a joint municipal-provincial funding program designed to establish, administer and operate preventive social services. FCSS emphasizes prevention, volunteerism and local autonomy. The program has been governed by the Family & Community Support Services Act and Regulation since 1966.
Government of Canada
The Government of Canada has funded Scenic Acres Community Association is a myriad of ways such as through the New Horizons for Seniors Program, Youth - Canada Summer Job, Employment and Social Development Canada.
Venture for Canada
Venture for Canada is a national charity that links interns and recent grads to paid opportunities at Canadian startups and small businesses. Their mission is to foster entrepreneurial skills and mindset in young Canadians, encouraging them to act upon opportunities and create value for others.
