Hearing Health Check Day

Date: Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025
Appointments Begin: 9:30 AM and will be held in the mobile van outside SACA.

You can register in a few ways:

1) Download and complete the sign up sheet below and send it over to CalgaryAdmin@EarsToYou.ca

2) Join us for the Lunch & Learn on April 16th and you can register in-person with Ears to You

3) Call Ears to You at 403-970-7201

Important: Ears to you will need the completed sign-up sheet at least two days before the event to ensure all administrative details are taken care of on my end.
