Senior Safety - Presentation, Lunch, and Practice!

Sometimes, as seniors, we start to go out less because we worry about our safety in the public. We’d have to wait for the bus, or walk a bit in the dark, and it starts to feel unsafe. As such, we miss lots of great opportunities to participate in events, see friends, or enjoy our city!

Join with other seniors and the instructor to learn about safety awareness in the presentation, have lunch and then practice effective safety awareness techniques.

This event will be held at the Bowness Seniors’ Centre’s Main Hall (McIntosh Hall) as is has more space! Lunch is included in the registration fee.
