Join us on June 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a presentation about caregiving by a representative of Caregivers Alberta. This session is open to everyone, from those who care for family members with physical disabilities to those who care for friends with mental health needs.

The presentation will address support in the caregiving journey, what resources are available, insights into “Caregiver Burnout,” and strategies to maintain your well-being.
