SACA’s Winter Drop In Programs Schedule
The schedule below is in effect until Thursday March 19, 2020.
Please note: for insurance purposes you MUST have a valid SACA Membership to drop in to one of SACA’s classes, groups or clubs.
Drop In Fees:
$12 per 60 min class
$15 per 75 min class
$18 per 90 min class
* If you would prefer to register for the remainder of the class, or by a 5 or more class pass please drop by or call the SACA Office at 403.547.9589 during regular office hours (M, T, Th, F 9-3 & W 9-5).
MON AM: Core Conditioning 9:15 to 10:15am with Wanita
MON AM: Zumba Gold 10:30 to 11:30am with Rahmi
MON PM: Yoga Strengthen & Tone 1:15 to 2:45pm with Nicole
MON EVE: Bliss Yoga 7:30 to 9:00pm with Holly
TUES AM: Morning Yoga 9:15 to 10:15am with Wanita
TUES AM: Intermediate Dancing 10:30 to 11:30am with Reba J
TUES AM: Beginner Dancing 11:35 to 12:35 with Reba J
TUES EVE: Evening Zumba 7:30 to 8:30 with Siiri
WED EVE: Eve Yoga 7:30 to 8:45 with Holly
THURS AM: Yoga Foundations 9:15 to 10:45am with Nicole
THURS AM: Qigong (Drop In only) 9:30 to 10:30am with Yvette
THURS AM: Simplified Tai Chi 11::00 to Noon with Yvette
