SACA’s Fall 2017 Drop In Schedule
Schedule is in effect until Monday December 18, 2017.
Please note for insurance reasons your MUST have a valid SACA Membership to drop in to our classes.
MON AM: Core Conditioning 9:15 to 10:15am with Wanita
MON AM: Zumba Gold 10:30 to 11:30am with Martha V
MON PM: Beyond Yoga Basics 1:15 to 2:45pm with Jen
MON EVE: Bliss Yoga 7:30 to 9:00pm with Holly
TUES AM: Morning Yoga 9:15 to 10:15am with Wanita
TUES EVE: Evening Zumba 7:30 to 8:30 with Kavita
WED EVE: Eve Yoga 7:30 to 8:45 with Holly
THURS AM: Yoga Basics 9:15 to 10:45am with Jen
THURS PM: Barre Class 7:40 to 8:40pm with Lee-Ann
* 5 and 10 class passes are also available for purchase through the SACA Office. When purchasing a pass classes are $11 for 60 minutes, $13.75 for 75 minutes and $16.50 for 90 minutes.
