SACA’s Winter 2017 Drop In Schedule
Schedule is in effect until Friday March 24th, 2017.
Please note for insurance reasons your MUST have a valid SACA Membership to drop in to our classes.
MON AM: Core Conditioning 9:15 to 10:15am with Wanita @ $12 per class
MON AM: Zumba Gold 10:30 to 11:30am with Virginia @ $12 per class
MON PM: Beyond Yoga Basics 1:15 to 2:45pm with Jen @ $18 per class
MON EVE: Bliss Yoga 7:30 to 9:00pm with Holly @ $18 per class
TUES AM: Morning Yoga 9:10 to 10:10am with Wanita @ $12 per class
TUE AM: Beginner Dancing 10:30 to 11:30am with Reba J @ $12 per class
TUE AM: Intermediate Dancing 11:35am to 12:35pm with Reba J @ $12 per class
TUES EVE: Evening Zumba 7:30 to 8:30 with Virginia @ $12 per class
WED AM: Barre Class 11:15am to 12:15pm with Wanita @ $12 per class
WED EVE: Eve Yoga 7:30 to 8:45pm with Holly @ $15 per class
THURS AM: Yoga Basics 9:15 to 10:45am with Jen @ $18 per class
THURS AM: Qigong Practice 9:30 to 10:30am with Yvette @ $10 per class
THURS AM: Qigong Practice 7:00 to 8:00pm with Barb @ $10 per class
FRI AM: Zumba Gold 9:15 to 10:45am with Virginia @ $12 per class
* 5 and 10 class passes are also available for purchase through the SACA Office. When purchasing a pass classes are $11 for 60 minutes, $13.75 for 75 minutes and $16.50 for 90 minutes.
