Nose Hill Drive and 85th Street NW Proposed Multi-Family Residential Development
Marquis Development is proposing a multi-family residential development in the area of Nose Hill Drive and 85th Street NW, immediately north of Alberta Forestry’s existing complex. This potential development is in its early stages and is conceptual in nature.
The IBI Group is representing Marquis Development and has prepared an overview detailing the development concepts at this very early stage. A Land Use Amendment (rezoning) is required before proceeding. No application for a Land Use Amendment has been made at this time.
