Join our SACA Admin Team
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our admin team to help us with the broad delivery of programs, rentals, events, community services, and daily facility management at our Community Center as a Community Activities Team Member
The role would be about 10-15 hours a week in our Scenic Acres Community Center office, working directly with other office staff.
We are looking for someone with experience with:
- Administration (office tasks like email, phone, managing payments and accounts, managing data and rolls, spreadsheets and checklists)
- Event delivery (lots of details to execute)
- Program delivery (we run many programs that need some office support, such as Yoga and Fitness)
- Rental/Event booking support
- Social media and website support
