Our Boardroom

The Scenic Acres Community Centre is only available for rentals which adhere to all Provincial Orders and Guidelines. PLEASE NOTE: As of Friday November 27 Provincial Order (CMOH Order 39-2020) mandated the Scenic Acres Community Center close to the public. To inquire about renting the Boardroom once this order is rescinded please email scenicacresca@shaw.ca or call 403-547-9589.

SACC’s Boardroom offers over 500 sq. ft of carpeted meeting room space.  This multi-use space is private and self contained and can support a wide range of business and social functions. Our Boardroom can typically accommodate 2 to 36 people, however to accommodate physical distancing the current occupancy capacity is set at a maximum of 6 to 10 people depending on room set up.  The room includes a wet bar with coffee and tea making facilities and a large counter for serving refreshments.  SACA can suggest an outside caterer, or you may wish to take a break and visit one of the many local restaurants within the nearby Crowfoot Crossing.

Our Boardroom is equipped with:
* Portable LCD TV with DVD/VCR combo as well as HDMI Inputs
* Laptop connectability for sleek presentations
* WiFi
* Hardwired Ethernet Connection
* Large white board
* Portable flip chart

We are happy to rent our meeting space and equipment at very reasonable rates. Contact us to find out about our current rates. Our meeting rooms are available by the hour, day, week or month.

When renting the Main Hall for a Special Event Rental the Boardroom can be added on at an additional fee of:

$500.00 refundable Security Deposit for all events serving alcohol or longer than 3 hours
$200 refundable Security Deposit for meetings and events less than 3 hours

$500.00 refundable Damage Deposit for complementary Projector rental (Optional)
$275.00 to $150.00 Take-down and Floor Cleaning Fee (Optional)

In addition to the Palmer Boardroom we also have the Main Hall, East Field and Beach Volleyball Courts which can either be rented along with the Palmer Boardroom or separately.
